Mast General Store Passport now available

March 18, 2025

All roads lead to the Mast Store, and now you can document your journey with the Mast Store Passport.

Many guests at the Mast Store remark that walking over the threshold is like a form of time travel. Some of those people have made it a goal to visit every Mast Store and to enjoy their home communities, too.

“I have always wanted to recognize the people who take the time to visit with us, especially those who come to all our locations,” said Faye Cooper, co-founder and secretary/treasurer emerita. “It took a while, but I think we’ve come up with something that will be a keepsake and make it fun to move from community to community.”

Within the Passport’s 36 pages is historical information about each store and a brief description of the destination community to invite further exploration. Passports will be validated with a stamp unique to each store and date of the guest’s visit. Once all 11 stamps are collected, the booklet can be returned to redeem an exclusive Mast Store-branded reward.

“It’s something that is unique to the Mast Store,” commented Lisa Cooper, president of Mast Store. “People come in all the time and share that they have two or three more locations to go before they have visited all the stores. We think that speaks not only to our guest experience but also to the downtowns and regions where our stores are located. There are great things to see and do, wonderful restaurants, and people feel welcome.”

Mast Store Passports can be purchased at any brick-and-mortar location. More information about the Passport is available on the Mast Store website at MastGeneralStore.com/passport.
