Matt Williams joins CBRE in Charleston as project manager

CBRE announced that Matt Williams has joined its Carolinas Project Management team as a project manager. Williams joined other team members throughout the Carolinas under the leadership of David Thompson, Director of the Carolinas Project Management team.
Williams will focus on serving clients to define project requirements and develop project specific scope and parameters in the Charleston market. He will leverage his standing and strong relationships within the construction community, along with the full support of the Carolinas Project Management team to create creative full end-to-end project solutions and savings for clients, while mitigating risk.

Williams joins CBRE with more than eight years of experience in the construction industry. A Charleston native, he has worked with Mashburn Construction and HITT Contracting as a Project Manager. Williams graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management with a minor in Business Administration.
