Mayoral Forum to Focus on Senior Issues
February 4, 2010COLUMBIA, SC- February 4, 2010 – Capital Senior Center, in partnership with BGTIME, will host a mayoral forum to discuss issues affecting seniors on Thursday, February, 18 at 6 pm. The event is open to the public and will be held at the Capital Senior Center, 1650 Park Circle.
Charles Bierbauer, Dean of the College of Mass Communications and Information Studies at the University of South Carolina will serve as moderator. Questions will be posed by the moderator and accepted directly from the audience. Live video streaming of the forum will be available at www.BGTIME.org.
All seven declared candidates have confirmed their attendance at the forum. Capital Senior Center is located behind Maxcy Gregg Park at the corner of Pickens and Blossom streets.
