Moore Bradley Myers (MBM) congratulates Partner, Jane Downey for being selected to the 2023 Top 50 Lawyers in America. Downey practices primarily in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law. Jane has been certified by the SC Supreme Court to specialize in Bankruptcy and Debtor/Creditor Law since 1996. She also is certified by the SC Supreme Court as a Mediator and Arbitrator. Also in 1996, the American Board of Certification also certified her as a specialist in business bankruptcy.
