McKay Firm paralegal, Heather Vardell, named President of United States Junior Chamber International

McKay Firm paralegal, Heather Vardell was recently elected as the United States Junior Chamber International (JCI USA) National President.

Heather was elected on September 24, 2016 in Detroit, Michigan by the General Assembly of JCI USA. The JCI USA National President is the chief officer of over 14,000 young active citizens around the country and represents JCI USA on the international level of over 120 countries. Duties entail traveling across the US visiting local chapters and states who are working to fulfill the mission of the organization: To provide development opportunities to young people who create positive change.

“I look forward to the opportunity to serve with so many amazing people around the country and to meeting young active citizens around the world who are working on sustainable solutions that will make a lasting impact on our local communities” stated Heather.

Heather currently lives in Columbia and works as a senior paralegal for The McKay Firm. She also volunteers with Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and enjoys shopping, going to the movies and Clemson football games.
