McNair attorney elected Chair of South Carolina Bar’s Trial and Appellate Advocacy Section

McNair attorney Amanda Bailey has been elected Chair of the South Carolina Bar’s Trial and Appellate Advocacy Section.

The purpose of this Section is to promote the objectives of the South Carolina Bar and to improve the art and techniques of trial and appellate advocacy in the State of South Carolina. As Chair, Bailey serves as the chief executive officer of the Section during her one-year term.

Bailey is the Managing Shareholder of the Grand Strand Unit of the McNair Law Firm and focuses her practice on regional business litigation. She has served as lead and co-counsel in a broad range of cases before special referees, masters in equity, the circuit courts, and federal courts and has successfully represented clients and argued on appeals before the S.C. Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
