TRAVELERS REST, SC – The Cliffs announced a family medicine office has opened in Mountain Park Village and is accepting new patients. Medical Group of the Carolinas (MGC), Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System’s physician group, opened its practice in October and offers comprehensive health care for all ages.
“To have one of South Carolina’s top hospital systems open its practice in the Village at Mountain Park is undeniably a great addition for members of The Cliffs and further supports our dedication to wellness and active living,” said David Sawyer, Managing Partner of The Cliffs Clubs. “It’s also a wonderful resource for our employees and the local community.”
The Cliffs is pleased to partner with the MGC–Family Medicine–Mountain Park to bring healthcare offerings to its members. An open house was held in conjunction with The Dental Retreat on Nov. 12 to give the community a chance to see the offices, meet the doctors and medical practitioners, and to welcome new patients with an official ribbon cutting.
The MGC office will offer services ranging from preventive measures to sick care and is staffed by Lauren Howard, P.A., and Wayne Davis, Jr., M.D.
