Megan Early-Soppa selected to Hispanic Alliance of South Carolina Board of Directors

Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP announced that Megan Marie Early-Soppa has been appointed to the Hispanic Alliance of South Carolina 2018 board of directors. She will serve a two-year term.
Early-Soppa is a member of Smith Moore Leatherwood’s Transportation and Logistics Industry Group and the Cybersecurity and Data Breach Team. In her practice, Early-Soppa works with commercial motor vehicle companies and motor carriers. She provides regional and nationwide guidance on commercial litigation matters, including cargo/freight claims, collections/contract disputes, FMCSA and state regulatory compliance and permitting matters, and insurance coverage cases.
The Hispanic Alliance unites the largest network of agencies and individuals working collaboratively to advance Hispanic communities in the Upstate region. The organization works with partner agencies to serve the local Hispanic population in a culturally, linguistically and socially appropriate way through grassroots outreach, training and community events.
Early-Soppa is a native of Greenville and graduated from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She received her law degree, cum laude, from the Southern University Law Center.
