Melissa Fiore joins Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce as Director of Membership Engagement

The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce announced the appointment of Melissa Fiore as a new Director of Membership Engagement. Melissa will help lead efforts to connect with current and prospective members, ensuring that their values, needs and aspirations are fully supported by the Chamber’s wide range of resources.
In her new role, Melissa will collaborate closely with Chamber members to align their business goals with the Chamber’s initiatives. “We work together toward common goals to advance the business community and the community at large. Our members’ success is the Chamber’s success!” said Fiore.

Melissa joins the Chamber with an extensive background in the construction industry, having spent the past 18 years at Hilti. During her tenure, she held various leadership positions in sales, engineering, sales management and business development. As a sales manager, Melissa was responsible for delivering results and fostering talent development. In her most recent role as strategic business director, she spearheaded strategy development and execution for key accounts across the East Coast.

Originally from Chicago, IL, Melissa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Iowa. Her commitment to community service has been a lifelong endeavor, starting from her youth, where she led the Impact Club, an initiative tied to her local Rotary Club.
Melissa now resides in Mount Pleasant, SC, with her husband, two daughters and their beloved dog. She is excited to bring her passion for community building and business development to the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.
