Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Melissa Woo to its Spartanburg office as a residential agent.
Melissa has lived in the Upstate since 2007 and favors its stunning scenery, warm Southern hospitality, rich history, and the feeling of being truly at home.
Melissa originally got into real estate by doing for sale by owner on her own home and has since served clients in the Upstate for almost 20 years. She says guiding folks to their ideal home and witnessing their happiness is her favorite thing about the industry, and her mission is to make real estate easy and enjoyable by building trust and providing expert guidance every step of the way.
Over the years, she has built a business focused on relationships, striving to make her clients feel valued, understood, and confident throughout their real estate journey. She takes a goal-focused approach to real estate and finds the greatest reward in helping people achieve their dream of homeownership.
Apart from real estate, she finds joy in her family, teaching Sunday school at church, tending to her flowers, getting lost in books, and delving into Bible study with her ladies' group.
