Methodist Manor of the Pee Dee Groundbreaking Ceremony

FLORENCE, SC – Mashburn Construction is currently working on a project at the Methodist Manor of the Pee Dee, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Florence, SC.
A Groundbreaking Ceremony for the project will be held Wednesday, April 29th at 2:00pm on the grounds at Methodist Manor, 2100 Twin Church Road, Florence, SC. There will be a reception to follow; general public is invited to attend.
The construction will consist of a new and expanded Assisted Living Unit and Alzheimer’s Care plus the addition of new amenities, common spaces and renovations throughout the existing Methodist Manor. The community offers new assisted living apartments, new memory care rooms, and new skilled nursing rooms, as well as a destination amenity courtyard. Designers will embrace the Neo-Georgian character of the existing community, while addressing the need for growth. The Construction project is being financed by a loan through the USDA and AgStar Financial Services of Mankato, MN.
