MGMS robotics teams finish season in winner’s circle

Students from Meadow Glen Middle School came away winners from both the regional and state FIRST LEGO League competitions.
In December, MGMS’s two robotics teams placed in the regional FIRST LEGO League competition. One team won the Champions Award for the top overall robotics team, while the school’s other team took home the trophy for Best Project.
MGMS also competed at the FIRST LEGO League West State Championship on January 14, 2017, against the best teams in the state. The Gator Gears won the Inspiration Award for their core values and participated in the event’s closing ceremony.
