Michael Short Joins CBRE Carolina’s Project Management Team

GREENVILLE, SC – CBRE Group, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate and investment firm, announced that Michael Short has joined its Carolina’s Project Management team as a project manager. Based in Greenville, Short will focus on serving clients as an owner’s representative in the South Carolina market.

With more than 3,500 project managers, CBRE maintains the largest network of professional real estate project managers in the world managing more than $30 billion in annual project spend. Short will join other team members throughout the Carolinas under the leadership of David Thompson, Director of the Carolina’s Project Management team.

Short joins CBRE as an accredited LEED Green Associate and has served as a Construction Administrator at McMillan Pazdan Smith Architects since 2005. Additionally, he is active within the community as a member of the Urban Land Institute and chairman of the City of Greenville’s Construction and Maintenance Board of Appeals and Adjustments. Short is a Clemson University graduate with a B.S. in Construction Science and Management.
