Midlands entrepreneurs use Kickstarter to open Windows into Scripture

July 11, 2018

Windows into Scripture are gorgeous, screen-printed posters of scenes from the Bible, designed by artists from around the US, suitable for home or office. Each of the artists chose a different piece of scripture and used different styles and backgrounds in the creation of their work, but the result is the same no matter which rendering you choose; stunning artwork that grants the viewer a Window into Scripture.

“The idea was borne when I started looking for Christian artwork I could display on the walls of my office at work, “ says creator Dan D’Alberto. “ I couldn’t find anything I felt appropriate for a professional setting.”

Nationally-renowned screen printer, The Half & Half, based in Columbia, South Carolina will print the works of art on archive-quality poster paper.

“They are absolute craftsmen when it comes to the screen-printing process,” says Windows co-founder Eddie Benton. “There really isn’t anything else like Windows into Scripture on the market today.” That’s why D’Alberto and Benton decided to launch a Kickstarter and see if there is enough interest in Windows into Scripture to turn this idea into a viable business- as- mission project.

The goal is to launch a Windows into Scripture website within 30 days of Kickstarter success, then introduce one new poster per month through the end of the year. If the Lord allows Windows into Scripture to have significant success, the founders plan to create an application process to help fund Christian missions.
