Mike Ivester to Fuel Corporate Business Development at The Cliffs

The Cliffs continues onward and upward with the growth of new Corporate and National Membership Programs

 

GREENVILLE, SC – The Cliffs’ corporate leadership continues to expand with the addition of Mike Ivester as Director of Corporate Business Development. In his new position, Ivester will focus on growing The Cliffs’ membership through Corporate and National Membership sales. The Cliffs announced the release of these two new limited membership programs in May.

Prior to joining The Cliffs, Ivester spent 11 years as Director of Sales for the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by SYNNEX. The tournament is one of three PGA TOUR-sanctioned events in the country playing a pro-am format, which brings amateurs and celebrities from all over the US and world to South Carolina each year. Working in the golf industry for more than 23 years, Ivester will continue to utilize his experience promoting The Cliffs – including its seven championship golf courses including two in America’s Top 100 rankings, The Cliffs at Mountain Park and The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards.

I’m a golfer, not a good golfer, but have been in the business for 23 years.” Ivester explains. “I’ve been selling the experience of coming to this beautiful area once a year, and now I get to share that experience year-round through growing our Corporate and National Memberships.”
