CHARLESTON, SC – January 30, 2012 – Miller-Valentine Group recently broke ground on a new 6,000 SF medical office building for Dermatology and Laser Center of Charleston.
The state of the art medical facility, built for Board Certified Dermatologist Dr. Todd Schlesinger will be strategically located at 2180 Henry Tecklenberg Drive, adjacent to Roper St. Francis Hospital. The marsh front site will provide an attractive setting while also allowing patients the ability to walk to the hospital. “The new building will allow Dr. Schlesinger the flexibility required to expand his existing practice and better serve his growing patient base,” said Derek Mathis, developer with Miller-Valentine.
