Lee & Associates Charleston’s Milton Thomas, CCIM, SIOR represented the Seller, First Citizens Bank & Trust Company, in the sale of 3,851 SF of retail space located at 3102 N. Highway 17 in Mt. Pleasant, SC in September. The former bank building will now be home to Solomon Family Dentistry. The Buyer was presented by Mark Erickson of Colliers International.
