MIRCI Hires Two for Senior Management Team

COLUMBIA, LEXINGTON, SC –November 7, 2007 – MIRCI (Mental Illness Recovery Center, Inc.) is pleased to announce Stephanie Bolden Williams, CPA as its new Director of Finance and Administration and Elizabeth Bates Norris as its new Director of Evaluation and Operations. 

Stephanie Williams graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Master of Accountancy in 2001 and worked with Elliott Davis, LLC for six years.  Her job duties with MIRCI include developing, directing and evaluating the accounting system of MIRCI, coordinating and overseeing all business aspects of the agency including administering human resource actions of the agency, the agency’s information technology system, and insurance coverage.

Elizabeth Norris graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Master of Guidance and Counseling in 1975 and has most recently worked with the Center for Health Services and Policy Research coordinating, managing, and evaluating grants.  Her job duties with MIRCI include quality assurance of clinical services, program and grant evaluation, and on-going development and training on policies and procedures.
