May 5, 2014GREENVILLE, SC – May 5, 2014 – Mark Griffin, President of Griffin Property Solutions, based in downtown Greenville recently represented Springfield Industries in the purchase of a .4+- acre site located at 17 E Stone Avenue in the city of Greenville. The parcel is located within the boundaries of the Stone Avenue Master Plan which call for a mixture of ueses from office to retail. This parcel is also located directly across from 100 E Stone Ave, in which Griffin Property Solutions is representing the seller, and is currently under contract. A local developer plans to construct 51 apartments on this corner site with retail/commercial space on the lower level.
The property is also across from The Beach Company’s planned 221 unit apartment/21,000 square foot retail and commercial project located at the corner of N Main Street and E Stone Ave. Springfield Industries, a private Greenville based investment firm, has not revealed its future plans for the property.
