Morgan & Morgan opens new office in Columbia, SC

Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest injury law firm, announced the opening of its Columbia, SC, office. This is the firm’s fourth location in the Palmetto State.

The office is located at 1320 Main Street, Suite 300 and is looking to hire more accomplished trial lawyers to better meet the needs of our clients in the state. The office will handle a variety of case types, including automobile accidents, boat accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, insurance claims, and workers’ compensation.
The firm has represented victims in several notable cases in South Carolina and across the southeast, including the $10 million Windsor Green fire settlement in September 2021, the Food Lion carbon monoxide poisoning in Elloree in March 2022, the Nacho Hippo shooting in Myrtle Beach in August 2022, a $10 million confidential settlement in a Richland County, SC trucking case in 2023, and most recently the Sapelo Island ferry dock collapse and Bio-Lab plant explosion in Georgia.
Morgan & Morgan expanded into South Carolina with one attorney in Hilton Head in October 2021, quickly expanded into Myrtle Beach and Charleston in 2022 and today has more than 20 lawyers across the state. The Columbia office will be officially opened and ready to take in clients starting today, November 18th.
