Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce appoints Amanda Bunting Comen to spearhead marketing initiatives
April 9, 2026The Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce (MPCC) announced the appointment of Amanda Bunting Comen to its professional team in a newly focused marketing and communications role. Amanda brings a wealth of strategic communication experience and a proven track record of local engagement to the Chamber as it continues to expand its reach within the East Cooper business community.
Amanda is a seasoned professional well known in the Lowcountry for her expertise in digital strategy and brand storytelling. As the founder of Social ABCs, she has spent years helping local organizations find their voice and connect with their audience. Her transition into this role at the MPCC signals a renewed commitment by the Chamber to provide high level visibility and innovative resources for its growing membership.

In her new capacity, Amanda will also oversee the women’s business program R.I.S.E. and the new Leadership Mount Pleasant initiative.
