MTC’s Jessica Booth named Top Emerging Professional among Community College Business Officers

COLUMBIA, SC – Lexington native Jessica Booth, Midlands Technical College’s Director of Finance & Financial Reporting, received the Darrell E. Roberts Emerging Professional Award by the Community College Business Officers (CCBO).

CCBO is a national organization that is committed to providing educational and professional support, networking opportunities, and timely trend and demographic information for business officers representing community colleges and community college system offices in the US and in Canada.

Booth received the award at the 34th CCBO Annual International Conference in Orlando, FL. A graduate of Lexington High School and Winthrop University, she has been at Midlands Technical College for nine years, and is a Certified Government Finance Officer.
