Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island continues to grow membership base into 2018

The Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island (HHIMLS) increased its membership with the addition of seven Realty groups from February through April.

In 2017, property transactions for HHIMLS reached $3.85 billion with nearly 5,400 properties sold by its more than 1,500 members. The group added 298 members in 2017.

The following members joined HHIMLS since February: Julia Lowe, Hilton Head Island; Old Town Bluffton Realty, Bluffton; Artisan Realty, Jacksonville; Magnolia Capital Real Estate, Bluffton; Beach Management, Hilton Head Island; Beaufort Realty Consultants, Beaufort; and Drury and Associates, Bluffton.
