NAI Avant Adds Two New Senior Professionals

COLUMBIA, SC – May 12, 2009 – NAI Avant, LLC has added two senior professionals to its staff.  Lofton (“Mac”) Fanning, Jr. has over twenty years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and is a Life Member of the Central Carolina Association of Realtor’s Circle of Excellence and has joined the firm’s Brokerage Services Group as a Senior Broker.

Hal Cottingham, a 30 year veteran of the shopping center industry, has joined the firm as Senior Advisor.  Cottingham has headed up the property management division for several of the nation’s largest developers and owners of retail properties.
