Sparkleberry Crossing I is located at 111 Sparkleberry Crossing at the intersection of Sparkleberry and Clemson Roads in Northeast Columbia. The neighborhood center was developed in 2003 and contains approximately 25,425 square feet of retail space. Tenants of the center include D’s Wings, 9 Rounds Kickboxing, Melanie’s Salon, China Garden, Tokyo Grill, State Farm Insurance, Anytime Fitness, Henry’s Bar, and Groucho’s among others. Bradford Village Shopping Center located at 701 Bass Drive in Santee, SC. The neighborhood center was developed in 1984 (renovated in 1992) and contains approximately 51,530 square feet of retail space. Bess Winn is the leasing agent for the center which is anchored by Food Lion and currently has three vacancy opportunities comprising approximately 11,050 square feet. Caroline FitzSimons is the property manager for this property.
