NAI Avant arranges ±28,330 square foot lease at speculative industrial building

NAI Avant senior brokers Nick Stomski, SIOR and Dick Stanland, CCIM, SIOR recently facilitated the lease transaction of a Shop Grove speculative building located at 199 Shop Grove Drive in Columbia.
Stomski and Stanland represented the landlord, Shop Grove Warehouse, LLC. Carrier Enterprise, LLC leased ±28,330 square feet of the modernized distribution space.
±16,770 square feet remains available for lease. The 110’ x 152’ building sits on ±13.18 acres. The building is pre-engineered metal with hard wall wrap, 4 dock level doors with oversized drive in door, ESFR sprinkler system and a standing seam metal roof. The building is set to be completed by September 2017.
