CHARLESTON, SC – Thomas Boulware, CCIM, a member of NAI Avant’s Senior Brokerage team, recently facilitated a ±105,000 square foot industrial lease renewal and expansion at 420 and 430 Industrial Road in Summerville, SC. Boulware represented the tenant, Lollicup USA, LLC, in the renewal of a ±63,000 square foot lease and a ±42,000 square foot lease expansion.
The landlord, The Cotswold Company, LLC, was represented by Brendan Redyoff with CBRE.
Headquartered in Chino, CA, Lollicup USA, LLC is a growing manufacturer and distributor of disposable paper and plastic foodservice packaging products.
