CHARLESTON, SC – David Ingle and Dexter Rumsey, both members of NAI Avant’s Senior Brokerage team, recently facilitated the sale of a portion of Toler’s Cove Marina located at 1610 Ben Sawyer Boulevard in Mount Pleasant, SC. Ten marina slips and a ±.17 acre developable parcel were included in the sale. Ingle and Rumsey represented the seller, Johnson and Johnson Holdings, LLC, in the transaction valued at $800,000. Rick Atkinson and Clark Coker, both with Caroline One Real Estate, represented the purchaser in the transaction.
