NAI Avant arranges two South Carolina investment sales

NAI Avant broker Peyton Bryant has recently completed the $2,850,000 investment sale of 108 Rowland Avenue, a ±155,840 square foot industrial building located in Heath Springs, SC. The building sold to Agracel Inc. from Effingham, IL and is 100% occupied.
Bryant also recently completed the $1,265,000 investment sale of 7611 St. Andrews Road in Irmo, SC. The ±7,400 square foot medical office building was purchased by a 1031 Exchange Purchaser from Anderson, SC. It is 100% occupied by Palmetto Primary Care Physicians whose lease was facilitated by Bryant in June.
