CHARLESTON, SC – October 18, 2010 – NAI Avant is pleased to announce its selection to provide property management and leasing services for the 104,000-square-foot, Class “A” Ashley Overlook Office Building.
Thomas M. Boulware, VI and Dexter C. Rumsey, IV will serve as exclusive leasing agents for the building. Ashley Overlook is located at 4390 Belle Oaks Drive in the Faber Place Executive Office Park.
