The property, a ±22,000 square foot building on 4.06 acres, was purchased by Autozone, Inc., for $1,275,000 and will be utilized as the centrally located supply hub for their regional Autozone stores. The building will be divided into a parts supply warehouse and a ±6,000 square foot Autozone retail store.
