COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior broker, Macon Lovelace and brokerage associate Peyton Bryant recently completed the renewal of a five year lease in the Landmark Professional Office & Medical Complex. Represented by Marie Dieckmann of CBRE | Columbia, Gaffney Lewis & Edwards, LLC, renewed their lease of ±4,909 square feet in the Landmark II building located at 3700 Forest Drive in Columbia, SC. The Landmark Complex consists of three buildings, totaling ±225,000 square feet, and is both managed and leased through NAI Avant. Lindsay Copelan is NAI Avant’s property manager for all three Landmark Buildings.
