COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior brokers, Ben Kelly, CCIM and Patrick Chambers, represented Daniel and Floriede Lindler in the sale of 2 acres of land at 660 Columbia Avenue in Chapin, SC. DGK, LLC, purchased the property for $609,840 and are currently underway with construction of the new location for Chapin Furniture. The furniture store, which closed its previous location at 1150 Chapin Road in Chapin after selling the site to Publix, will reopen in its new 30,000 square foot store in the fall of 2015.
