CHARLESTON, SC – Jered Wilkerson, Broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston team, recently represented the tenant, LP Communications of SC, Inc. (d/b/a Metro PCS), in leasing retail space in North Charleston and Goose Creek, SC. The tenant, a cellular service provider, will occupy ±1,600 square feet of space in a retail specialty center located at 8510 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, SC. Robert Pratt with RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the landlord, US Highway 52 Associates in this transaction. Wilkerson also represented Metro PCS in a ±1,050 square foot retail lease in Red Bank Center located at 220 Red Bank Road in Goose Creek, SC.
