NAI Avant announced the sale of ±3.0 acres of land located on Bluff Road in Columbia, SC. Senior broker Mac Fanning represented the seller, Southern Regional Industrial Realty, Inc., in the transaction. The property sold for $435,000 to Stan Johnson.
