NAI Avant announced the sale of ±3.0 acres of land located on Wayne Street and Pendleton Street in downtown Columbia, SC. Senior broker Mac Fanning represented the seller, Southern Regional Industrial Realty, Inc., in the transaction. The property sold for $3,150,000 to 1101 Wayne, LLC.
