NAI Avant consummates ±5,240 square foot office sale

NAI Avant senior broker Macon Lovelace, SIOR, recently represented the buyer, RWG Properties, LLC, in the purchase of an office building at 1510 Calhoun Street in Columbia, SC. The building was constructed in the 1840s and originally was located on the Bull Street Campus. It was later relocated in the 1970s to its current location on Calhoun Street. The historic property is two stories, totaling ±5,240 square feet.
The seller in the transaction is Ptarmigan, LLC. The building sold for $520,000.
