COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior broker Macon Lovelace, with assistance from Cushman and Wakefield brokers John Gray, John Tison and Ed Kercher, recently facilitated the ±24,000 SF lease of commercial office space at 221 Dawson Road. Lovelace represented the tenant, Enstar (US) Inc. who will occupy ±24,000 SF of the ±40,000 SF building which is located in the Northeast Submarket. Enstar is a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ stock market (ticker symbol: ESGR), established to acquire and manage insurance and reinsurance companies in run-off and to provide management, consulting and other services to the insurance and reinsurance industry.
