NAI Avant facilitates 2,000 sf office sale in Lexington

NAI Avant broker John Gregory, PE represented the buyer, Summit Financial Advisors, LLC in the sale of a ±2,000 square foot office building located at 416 West Main Street in Lexington, SC. The building was purchased from JJA Holdings, LLC for $345,591.
The office building will be the new home of Crescent Financial Group, relocating from another Lexington location. Crescent Financial Group is made up of financial advisors serving Lexington, Columbia and Aiken, SC.
