NAI Avant announced the recent lease of a 30,900-square foot warehouse building located at 756 Rosewood Drive in Columbia, SC. Senior brokers Nick Stomski, SIOR and Rob Lapin represented the landlord in the transaction, Kahn Development Company.
The industrial building will be occupied by American Tool and Die, Inc. American Tool and Die, Inc provides services to the aerospace, automotive, HVAC and outdoor power equipment industries. Headquartered in Swansea, this location will serve as an ancillary warehouse and storage facility to further complement their Hydraulic Pump Repair business
