NAI Avant Facilitates Leases for Two New Tenants at The Village at Coosaw

CHARLESTON, SC – Thomas Boulware and Dexter Rumsey, both Senior Brokers with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently facilitated lease signings for two new tenants at The Village at Coosaw located at 8600 Dorchester Road in North Charleston, SC. Renewal Rehabilitation Center, LLC will occupy ±1,500 square feet in Suite 204 and Yoga Den and Core, LLC will occupy ±2,400 square feet in Suite 205. Both tenants will be located in Building 200, the most recently constructed building in the center.
Boulware and Rumsey represented the landlord, Coosaw Partners, LLC, in the transaction.
