NAI Avant announced the recent lease of a ±28,775 square foot industrial space located at 293 Industrial Drive in Lexington, SC. Broker Lee Bussell, Jr. represented the landlord, ACC Properties 2, LLC. The new tenant, Hawkins HVAC Distributors will occupy suite C and D of the industrial building.
