COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant brokers, Jeff Hein, SIOR and Roger Winn, recently represented the Landlord of the Enoree Building in Synergy Business Park in the lease of ±5,868 square feet of office space. Long’s Drugs, Inc., a local headquartered pharmacy founded in 1968 with 21 locations throughout the southeast, has moved their corporate office into the Enoree Building at 111 Executive Center Drive in Columbia, SC. Once modifications have been completed, Long’s Drugs will also be moving their closed door pharmacy into their new space.
