COLUMBIA, SC – Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers, both brokers with NAI Avant, recently represented the seller of a ±2.71 acre portion of the former Corley Lumber Mill site, on Sunset Blvd in Lexington, SC. The parcel was acquired by Tomlinsons Stores, LLC, which plans to construct a ±20,000 square foot retail store. Tomlinsons currently has nine specialty wholesale warehouse stores across North and South Carolina. This site is part of the first phase in the redevelopment of the former 70-acre mill site into a mixed-use project.
