COLUMBIA, SC – Macon Lovelace, Senior Broker with NAI Avant’s brokerage team, recently represented Clifford Selby in the purchase of 130 Hunters Village Drive in Irmo, SC. Selby purchased the ±10,800 square foot flex building from Niagra Holdings for $505,000.
