COLUMBIA, SC – Nick Stomski, SIOR and Senior Broker with NAI Avant, recently represented Forum Development II, LLC, in their sale of the ±15,500 square foot office and warehouse building at 1024 Industrial Court in Columbia, SC. The industrial property was acquired by Carolina Refrigeration Services for their Lexington offices. The space was last occupied by UniFirst and was one of the nicest remaining available industrial buildings in the Lexington submarket.
