NAI Avant facilitates sale of ±4,200 SF building to School District Five

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant brokers, Roger Winn, Paul Paschal, and Jeff Hein, SIOR, recently represented the seller of a ±4,200 square foot building at 7337 St. Andrews Road in Irmo, SC. School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties purchased the property for $244,986 and will utilize the office building as administrative offices for Irmo Elementary School.
