COLUMBIA, SC – Nick Stomski, SIOR, Tom Milliken, and Tombo Milliken, all brokers with NAI Avant’s brokerage team, recently represented the seller of ±65.94 acres at 10982 Two Notch Road in northeast Columbia, SC. The property, which was purchased as an investment, was acquired for $903,100.
