NAI Avant announced Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP will occupy ±8,769 square feet (SF) of space in the Main & Gervais Building, located at 1221 Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina. The firm will sublease the space on the 16th floor of the Class A office building from McNair Law Firm PA.
