NAI Avant announced the sale of ±25.44 acres of land at 524 Portia Road in Blythewood, SC. Represented by senior brokers Tom Milliken and Tombo Milliken, Brandon Goff and family purchased the land for $416,667 from Sharpe Properties, LLC. The land will be used for a future home site and recreational property.
